Dear Brina, First, I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience about your visit at Goodsouls Kitchen. It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and improve the service we aim to provide. Although an apology will unfortunately not change the outcome of your experience, I want to express it in all sincerity. I certainly understand the points you mentioned in your comments. I can assure you that we truly welcome and appreciate every guest coming to Goodsouls Kitchen. On the day of your visit, two of our three waitresses called in sick and we had only one woman whom we recently hired waiting all the tables. As a result we were not able to provide our usual level of service, which I regret. We will certainly do our best to avoid such staff shortages in the future and we will enhance our training, including improving communications skills and overall awareness and attentiveness. Again, please accept my apology and I hope that you will return to Goodsouls Kitchen again soon.
