Hi Sara, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and sorry for your experience. I am not sure what happened and not questioning what you are saying but 50 minutes wait to get a pancake and a french toast is something I've never heard of before and sounds like something major went wrong there, do you know what happened? - did you speak to the staff that were on at the time? Our overall positive reviews on Happy Cow is something we're very proud of and obviously important to us as a small business so would always encourage customers if there are any issues to speak to us directly in the first instance so we have the chance to resolve it. I am the chef and owner - Valentina, so keen to understand this as I've never experienced it before. We always have two people on shift, but are a small business so it does sometimes happen that if someone is ill and someone else is on holiday that someone might end up being on their own. We know that sometimes we might not be the fastest service in town and working hard to improve that but at the same time have never had any feedback of anyone waiting longer than 20 minutes for a dish to get served.
