Dear Tikhonova, I'm the owner of Kin. Firstly may I thank you for taking the time to provide your valuable feedback. I'm sorry your experience at Kin was quite negative and you didn't feel you got much value for your money spent. We have recently changed our kitchen team, and are thus still ironing out a few of the things you have mentioned, such as perfecting our recipes and portion sizes. We are confident that, should you choose to return, you will have a better experience in relation to these issues. With regards to the coffee, I'm sorry that you thought it was expensive. We pride ourselves on our premium espresso blend, which unfortunately does cost more than other less premium beans. We therefore, like our nearby competitors, do need to charge the amount we charge (still slightly less than the above venues) in order to sustain this area of the business. I hope this eases your criticism ever so slightly and again I am sorry that you didn't see much value in this. I want to thank you again for your feedback and wish you a pleasant day. Charlie
