Hello Patrick, I'm extremely sorry that our Chinese staff didn't understand your VEGAN requirements, and served one Subzi/Curry with Paneer/CottageCheese, but we do serve and respect many strict types of diet which includes Jain (without onions, potatoes, and garlic), Vegan and Vegetarian.
