Southern California’s new fast casual plant-based cafe of renowned Chef Matthew Kenney is turning heads with its cold-pressed juices, salads, wraps, and raw vegan cuisine. The vegan cuisine at MAKE OUT is a welcome addition to the culinary diverse downtown Culver City. And it aims to open more locations in the region over the next five years.
MAKE OUT provides accessible, crafted juices and nutritious food to the health-conscious consumer on the go. The living kitchen offers cold pressed juices inspired by the California lifestyle and named for the brand’s Southern California home. The OJAI combines coconut water with apple and hints of ginger and cayenne. The MELROSE takes cues from the trendy avenue with kale, cilantro, fennel, and ginger. Its customized cleanses, incorporating both food and beverages, are designed to boost the metabolism and kick-start health. The cafe’s selection of wraps, salads and parfaits are all available for take out, and the restaurant will be offering delivery later this summer.
MAKE OUT is launching its cleanse program and introducing a summer menu with a party on Saturday, July 25. Partake in morning yoga (begins at 10am, please RSVP and bring your own mat), sip on juice, and celebrate summer. It will be giving away one 3-Day Cleanse to a lucky guest – this is one party you don’t want to miss! Learn more at MAKEOUTeveryday.com
