Mayim’s recipes range from breakfast (everything from a Green Smoothie, which sweetens vitamin-rich greens with fruit, to French Toast) to dinner (including Winter Vegetable Risotto and Build-Your-Own Black Bean and Quinoa Tacos, Breads (such as the fun-shaped Turtle Bread), sides (including Spice-Crusted Baby Potatoes with Tamarind Cream and Golden Couscous with Olives and Fresh Herbs), and desserts (such as Plum and Walnut Crisp and Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie).
