Vegan fashion; the idea can sound both intriguing and slightly off-putting to the modern fashionista. More and more the world is seeing a trend of people buying ethical, eco, and vegan over cheap, fast, and convenient. However, just because something is vegan doesn’t necessarily mean it’s ethical.
Now there’s a better way to discover vegan brands making both ethical and stylishly modern designs than scouring the internet and social media for hours. My new YouTube series “A Harmless Project” does the research for you. Every Tuesday a new episode comes out featuring ethical, sustainable, cruelty-free brands from all over the world. “A Harmless Project” goes beneath the surface to bring you what matters. I talk about the brand ethics, give an objective review of their products, styling tips and ideas on how to wear the featured pieces, and how to incorporate them into your wardrobe.
With “A Harmless Project” I aim to prove that all those good things (ethics, cruelty-free, sustainable, eco-friendly, etc.) don’t have to be sacrificed for style and vice versa! You really can afford the chic designer pieces with all the ethical trimmings. For all my fellow fashionistas (and eco-minded consumers), let’s turn the fashion world around to see the greener side of style.
