Cowmunity review by Simsimsims: “Really worth checking out ! Between all the bagels and the desserts like babkas or tarts, there are plenty of tasty options to chose from. There is a free food fridge outside and a “pay for someone else” system inside. The place is also full of cool art, zines and objects, making it an activist heaven.”

8. Manggis in Canggu
Bali, Indonesia

With a colourful menu of mainly European and East Asian dishes, this beautiful vegan cafe is the perfect hangout as they serve all-day breakfast items, salads, appetisers, healthy mains, desserts, and of course—coffee for the coffee-lovers. They went from vegetarian to 100% vegan in 2020!

Cowmunity review by VeganForFun: “Manggis is not only about food, there is so much more about this place that I love. The staff is super friendly and nice. They care for the environment and animals but don‘t advertise it. They make their own milk and serve amazing coffee and cakes. Also worth mentioning: the owners are Indonesians, which actually is super rare for a ‘fancy vegan resto’ in Canggu. Cant recommend this place enough.”

9. Café Eva
Tel Aviv, Israel

A quaint, plant-based urban cafe in the heart of Tel Aviv, which we all know is a vegan paradise filled with plant-based restaurants!

This fully vegan cafe has a unique vibe and an extensive menu that includes savoury choices like a full vegan English breakfast, jerk chick’n, filled tortillas, philly cheesesteak, pizza, and burgers. For dessert there’s salted caramel cheesecake, tiramisu, and chocolate sponge fudge cake. This spot will soon introduce comedy and live music too!

Cowmunity review by eldopa1332“This establishment was just as the name of the place implies—cozy! I enjoyed the decor and music as well and you can just tell how much passion Josh has for Jazz! I can honestly say that I can go on all day talking about the pros of going to visit this gem of a place as I will be coming back in the future! 5 stars all day! Pros: Great food, Great coffee, Kind host.”
