An Eden filled with organic food - Edit
I just love this place. The staff is fast and super friendly, the food is fresh, homemade and absolutely delightful. You can sit outside and watch Las Palmas, the people, the life.
Read moreInside, the place is decorated with a loving and talented hand. Despite the lack in size, there are several nooks and crannies, each different and every one cosy, light and friendly.
When you're full and happy, there's still enough room for an excellent espresso or coffee creation and one of their infamous vegan desserts.

Pros: Delicious Homemade Food, Vegan desserts to choose, Very Friendly Service
Cons: NONE

Revisited Zoe's in November 2018: we had the lunch menu with homemade lemonade and we loved every dish (see pics). My fiance is not vegan and still loved his green bean soup and veggie Cordon Bleu.
Read moreI also had a Matcha Latte and we had to have some pie.
The best pie ever is Zoe's crumble with mango filling. I even took some home, amazing!

Nice small bistro - Edit
We tried toasts and coffee, vegan options labelled. It was good, pretty simple but tasty. I would appreciate more focus on vegan options. Plant milk cost extra

Nice place - Edit
We had tofu sandwiches and coffee there. It's really nice inside, looks a bit retro. Sandwiches were quite tasty, though, the portion was small. Coffee was really good. Service was also nice.

Good lunch! - Edit
We didn't plan to go there but just stumbled upon it while visiting the old town.. It's in a quiet street with good outdoor sitting. The inside restaurant is really really cute (and so is the pink bathroom!).
Read moreThe owner speaks good English if needed -- which wasn't the case for us + half of the item names was already in English anyway.
We had a bit of everything - mostly sandwiches & bagels, and everything tasted good. They also have a lot of non-alc options (matcha, coffee, gold milk etc.) with different non-dairy milk options. The dessert was really good (Mango crumble). I wish they had some vegan cheese in some of the options (esp. the bagels) but overall, it was a good no-fuss lunch!
Pros: The place looks beautiful, The dessert was great (!!), Staff can speak English if needed
Cons: Not fully vegan, No vegan cheese

A bit underwhelming - Edit
Nice little place in one of Las Palmas' old town small streets.
Read moreThe menu was posted on their window, unlike lost places where you get an electronic menu via QR code. The menu was only in Spanish. This combination led us to have to stand and stare at the menu for quite a while until we had figured out what to take. The variety was pretty good: sandwiches, bagels, tacos, woks, all with good vegan options. Different soy milks for the coffee available.
The food itself was okay, nothing exciting and pretty pricy for what we got.
It is a decent option if you're in the neighborhood anyways, but nothing you'd need to specifically pic out to visit.
Pros: Many vegan options, Multiple soy milks for the coffee
Cons: Ratio of price and quality/quantity somewhat off, No English and no digital menu

Amazing brunch but long waiting time - Edit
I tried only some of their breakfast options (hummus bagel and plum crumble cake, tacos) but was very satisfied. Good quality and tasty food, coffee and orange juice were great, too. The tacos portion was just a bit small for the price paid, I was still hungry when I left. Menu is mostly vegetarian but there are many vegan options, both sweet and savoury.
Read moreThe place has a beautiful interior and lots of seating, both outside and indoor. Staff tries to speak some English, WiFi worked well, too (I noticed many people bring their laptops and work from the café). Definitely the best brunch option in old Las Palmas.
The only problem was there were only two employees (one in the kitchen and one taking orders and serving) and the place seems to be extremely popular both with locals and tourists. So the service was very slow. Definitely not a good option when in a rush.
Pros: Tasty and healthy food, Lots of vegan options, Great ambience
Cons: Long waiting, Takes only cash payments

No hay relación entre calidad y precio - Edit
Nice, cozy restaurant with a variety of dishes and everything fresh. The only but is that the portion was very small, compared to the price (which I thought was quite high), and the quality of the food was nothing out of this world.
Read moreRestaurante bonito, acogedor, con variedad de platos y todo fresco. El único pero es que la ración era muy pequeña, comparado con el precio (que me pareció bastante elevado), y la calidad de la comida no era nada de otro mundo.

What a magic place in Las Palmas! I had one of the best spanish tortilla ever, their smoothies and bagels are delightful. The location is perfect and the environment is marvelous. I highly suggest to have your breakfast and lunch in this cozy, loving place.

Diggin' it! - Edit
I've been to this place twice and thoroughly enjoyed both of my visits. Due to poor choices on my part, I haven't tried their menu or any of the "proper" food, settling instead for the tacos and baked goods. Everything was delicious, staff were extremely nice, prices were quite fair in my view.. All in all, nothing to complain about, other than them not going fully vegan yet, of course :)

Delicious food, lovely staff - Edit
We visited Zoe Food based on good reviews on Happy Cow. The cafe is lovely and we enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine. This is a vegetarian cafe with several vegan options. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable about vegan options. I opted for a vegan bagel which contained salad and tempeh, it was absolutely delicious! My partner had a vegetarian bagel which he also highly recommends. I had a fresh orange, lemon and carrot juice which was divine then we shared 2 cakes (both vegan). I highly recommend visiting Zoe Food if you are in the area.

Very good place to recommend - Edit
We ate at lunch time. The menu: to choose between 3 starters and 2 main. Very good food because it’s biological, local and seasonal but also because the dishes are flavored ! Sweets (cakes) are good but they suggest a vegan chocolate ice cream which is delicious

Excellent and affordable menu - Edit
Ate here two days in a row while on a business trip again and I have to rate them 5 stars because their cuisine has improved a lot. Menu of the day is still excellent but now dishes à la carte are superb.

Go for the menu of the day if you have the chance of eating here. It's inexpensive and the food is excellent. You can choose from three starters and three main courses, and there are always vegan options (2/3 respectively when I ate here). Since I was quite busy on a business trip I also ordered a tempeh burrito to take away and have it for dinner but unfortunately it was just nothing special, just fair. However I totally recommend the menu at lunch.

delicious vegan food - Edit
We tried the daily specials and they tasted really good. But the portions weren't big or filling so sadly we were still hungry... I would say for the amount of food we got it was expensive, was more a snack than a main dish (9 or 10 euros). Everything ist vegan or vegetarian, regional and organic. Very friendly english speaking stuff and outside seating is possible. The restaurant ist located in a quite area in the old town.

One of the best veggie meals we had in Las Palmas - Edit
We visited Zoe Food for lunch and straightaway we loved it's charming, rustic decor. We were invited to find a seat at one of the numerous communal tables, once we had picked our spot we were shown the menu, which was on a large, mobile blackboard. We opted for the set lunch menu, 3 courses with 2 choices in each course - we decided to get one of each course x 2 and shared! Before our meal came we were served water and 2 glasses of zingy lemonade which refreshed our palate on a warm day. There was a slight wait before the food arrived but we expected this as we knew was being cooked to order, slow food is good food. Each course was made with fresh ingredients and tasted excellent, portion sizes were perfect for lunch, and the quality of the food was exceptional. We could tell that it was made with great attention to detail through flavour combinations and textures. We then opted for a cup of very nice coffee and for our tea option we selected from numerous packets stored in a pair of decorative old tin boxes. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and made us feel very welcome. This was one of the best veggie meals we had in Las Palmas.

Nice place but stingy portions - Edit
In my experience the service was alright but unfortunately the food although very tasty didn't even make a decent small portion.
Read moreI give it two stars because the main dish consisted only of brown rice, peppers and lettuce. I did't complain because I read before the portions were quite small and realized only when I was leaving by looking at the other plates that they forgot to add a tiny slice of tempeh that would have at least made it more nutritionally balanced.
Some regulars who also complained about the portions told me the quantity varies depending on the day so you might want to check out everyone else's plate before ordering the menu
