Tasty and Kind - Edit
The staff was so kind and friendly. There were not a ton of food options, but who cares when you can eat all of them? We got the corn fritters, a tofu/tempeh/eggplant dish, and Faro gado. The food was delicious and different from the other places we have visited so far. Fresh ginger and lemon soda = so good!

Fantastic Rp50k vegan buffet! - Edit
Wow! No MSG, onions or garlic and all you can eat for Rp50k at the lunch buffet. You may refill your plate twice so you can enjoy different courses of soup, salad, rice and a huge selection of vegan main meals. Some main dishes are the same every day but some change (we know, because we went back every day!!!!) It's hard to believe it's all vegan when there's so much choice! (But it really is). Watch out as some of them are pretty spicy! A gem of a find, without the usual dithering when there's more than one vegan option!! (You just try a little of everything!)

Don't order a la carte - Edit
Salad was rubbish. Just some leaves with a unripe chopped tomato. The bread was rock hard. At least 3 days stale. Inedible.

Etwas wenig gewürzt. - Edit
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten das Buffet und leider hatten wir uns etwas mehr typisch indonesische Würze erhofft. Jedoch war es etwas zu sehr an den touristischen Gaumen angepasst. Schade.

Excellent vegan buffet - Edit
The vegan buffet runs everyday from 11am-11pm and had 6 choices on both the days I went. The food was tasty and there was a good range of different choices. I found it very cheap at 30,000 idr and the drinks were cheaper than most places at 14,000 for Diet Coke. I only found it in my final night in Ubud but it was so good I fitted in a late breakfast the next day before leaving. There's also a menu available from 8am. The waitress was very friendly and helpful.

Healthy and tasty vegan buffet - Edit
I've been to several vegan buffets in Ubud, but I thought this seemed to offer some less oily choices. Loved the tempeh, rice with sweet potato, and also the green tomato salsa! Crispy fitters were also nice. Little fruit plate provided for dessert! 50k. Free wifi and air conditioned. Excellent service.

Renovierungsbedürftiges Restaurant mit mittelmäßigem Essen - Edit
Kleines Restaurant, klimatisiert.

This place saved our holiday - Edit
Excited to be in a hub of veggie restaurants in Ubud, we were hit by poor quality food found at Earth Market and Sopa. Luckily we found this restaurant and sticked to it until our last day. Flavourful cooked dishes and yummy avocado salad. Simply love it.

Balinese food - Edit
I came here with my family and the food was okay, balinese flavours and it's nice that everything is vegan. Sad to say but wouldn't come here again because the service was slow and portions were quite small.

A nice little restaurant with a menu that is hard to choose from - there are so many options! Staff are great. There is the option to dine inside with aircon or outside overlooking the foot traffic. Well priced and good sized meals.

Very tasty and healthy lunch - Edit
We went to this little restaurant for lunch and really enjoyed it. The mushroom dish and the salad I had were delicious, great combination of spices, now I'm thinking how to replicate such a dish at home. The food was rich in vegetables and made us feel good. This is one of the best places we've gone to in Ubud.

We actually ate here twice for dinner because the food was great, affordable, and the location is central. If you feel like local food with a veg*n twist, this is just the place. Plus, they have AC!

Veggie table was our first taste of Balinese food. We were amazed. Everything was delicious, copious, and inexpensive. Spices were excellent. They also have beer! Even with all the vegetarian variety in Ubud, we'll go back!

Disappointing - Edit
How this place came to be so highly rated here is beyond me. I can only assume the other reviewers did not try the Balinese curry, which takes the dubious honor of having been the worst curry we have ever eaten in any country, ever. And given that we are huge curry fans, that is really saying something.
Read moreMy partner whined the whole way through the meal and then in true Asian style completely stranded me when I answered the waitress truthfully upon being asked how it was. The waitress's reaction was to avoid me for the rest of the night - clearly it was me who was in the wrong, although my intentions were actually pure - if it was my restaurant I would want to know these things. But honestly, anyone who can serve that curry with a straight face should not be in the food business.
The non-curry dishes were OK but nothing amazing (they make heavy use of condiments so the sauces drown out the flavours of the ingredients) and certainly not superior to what is available elsewhere. They use white dugar. The drink list limited.
The ambience is nothing to write home about either - it lacks any real sense of style although they clearly are trying. In a town where vegans are spoiled for choice I have no idea why someone would choose to eat here.
Pros: Vegan, A range of menu options to choose from
Cons: Terrible, terrible curry, Not health oriented, Service and ambience are below par

Excellent Quality - Edit
I tried the Nasi Goreng Tahu (tofu) which came with a soup, spinach chips (battered and deep fried baby spinach), deep fried tofu, aceh (pickled veg), sambal. So many excellent flavours! And all for 40,000rp. Most of the dishes on the menu were this price and it stays true to Indonesian flavours. I also had a simple brushetta starter, my husband had a dish with fried eggplant, tempeh and Nasi Putih (white rice) with sambal and salad and rated it highly.
