Yummy breakfast

Had the vegan breakfast, which featured five delicious dishes and some excellent toast. Also had a pretty good oat milk flat white.

I’ve had the vegan big breakfast & BLAT vegan option. Both delicious.

The cookies are also really good and the iced chai is a big serving size which I like - very good value

Favourite local cafe, community vibes, can eat in the park or onsite

A great place to go with vegans and non-vegans alike.

This community oriented cafe is well loved for good reason. LGTBI friendly, with a rainbow flag painted at the entrance.

It's right across from the park and they offer the option to order, hang in the park and they'll text you when it's ready. Eat your meal in the park, then pop back over with your dished when you're done. No waste!

The owners daughter is vegan, and has influenced a lot of the menu. They always have vegan options along with rotating vegan specials.

My favourite is the tofu scramble which has great depth of flavour.

Pros: Tofu scramble, Pancakes, Park views

Amazing vibe and scrummy vegan options

I recently moved to this area and this place is just on my doorstep -- and is definitely looking like it will be my regular from now on. It caters for omnivores, but there is a really good selection of vegan/vegetarian options -- so many in fact I changed my mind twice at the till.

I ended up having 'The Cure', which was a vegan special and consisted of a 'Vake' or fake bacon and the most beautifully melty fake halloumi. There are definitely more dishes, plus cakes I want to go back for, all for pretty reasonable prices. I certainly didn't leave feeling hungry.

The vibe here is also super nice: tons of flowers, colour and rainbow flags, plus the most hilariously decorated bathroom (Elvis with a Pride flag no less). Very inclusive feel and perfect for an afternoon brunch or morning coffee.

Pros: Great vegan selection - sweet and savoury , Colourful and inclusive vibe , Pretty friendly staff

Horrendous. Negative Stars.

The customer service here is an absolute disgrace. I have never met more hostile hospitality staff. The coffee is burnt and bitter. The vegan options are limited and quality of food is very poor. Vegan big brekkie is a joke, overloaded with oil & served without a care for presentation. Over-priced, lousy food, served by rude people. Would not recommend to anyone. I would rate this cafe in the negative stars if I could.

Pros: Nil

Cons: Terrible customer service , Overpriced , Sloppy food

Quaint

Busy little cafe across from the greenery of Enmore Park. Great vegan options on the menu with the ability to veganise some other non vegan items. I’ve eaten here a few times. Great coffee, scrambled tofu is very tasty as well as being a large portion. The pancakes are also very nice, if a tad on the sweet side, but if you’re a sweet tooth you’ll love them!

Pros: Lots of vegan options

Cons: Can get very busy

Good Vibes

Had a delicious breakfast with the tofu scramble, coffee, and vegan pastry! Staff were very friendly and made a point to assist with choosing vegan options. Would definitely go back :)

Beaut cafe

Lovely staff, great vegan options like snickers frappe, scrambled tofu and sometimes brownie ice-cream pancakes! They’ll also bring your food over to the park opposite if there are no tables which is a really nice touch.

Best in the inner west

If I could give this place 5 stars I would! I’ve probably tried all it’s vegan options over the years & some of the veggie ones (when I was veggie) too! The food is amazing. I can highly recommend the vegan chia pancakes & the tofu scramble. The staff are all so lovely too & it’s just a nice cozy cafe with plenty of inside & outside seating.

Delicious Vegan options

Items were Cleary marked vegan on the menu, and there were lots of options to change items and veganise them! Such a cosy and inclusive cafe with super friendly staff. The vegan BLT is the best I've ever had!

great vegan breakfast

A nice small cafe but good vegan selection! Came with my non vegan partner and he was still able to get something he liked. Had the scrambled tofu, its more a lunch meal but loved it.

One of the best

Vegan dishes clearly labled, absolutely delicious too! I have never received a meal I wasn't over the moon about. Everything is home made and the trendy vibe with a beautiful view makes it well worth any trip. Can be a short wait for a table of a weekend but staff are so inviting and very welcoming of dogs on the outside tables.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, huge portion sizes

Cons: A bit pricey (but worth it), can be a wait for a t

lovely local vibe

I love Petty Cash. The atmosphere captures what the inner west of sydney is about. Very much a sense that everyone is welcome, and politics is a part of everyday life. They are explicitly queer-friendly in a genuine way; they refer to 26 January as invasion day; they are generally awesome. The food, of course, is delicious. I love to get the tofu scramble, a soy flat white and a picnic blanket and eat in the park across the road. They often have vegan sweet treats too which I've enjoyed.

Pros: politically engaged, welcoming, delicious

Cons: can be super busy

Great brunch spot

The cafe was buzzing when we got there. But found a table inside. Cute decor and lovely vibe, located straight across the road from a lovely park. Lots of vegan options, We ate
the scrambled tofu it was Asian inspired with lots of vegetables, the sausage roll was tasty and the tofu burger was massive and the satay sauce had a lovely nutty flavour. The portions a generous left feeling very full.

Favourite non-veg cafe in Sydney

This place is awesome! They have heaps of vegan options including pancakes, burgers, big breakfast, scrambled tofu, brownies... Their food is delicious and the staff are really friendly. It's a gorgeous location right opposite a park with indoor and outdoor seating. It is one of my favourite places to have breakfast or lunch out even though it's not all vego.

Delicious vegan options, quirky quiet cafe

This cafe has quirky decor and a lovely spot on the corner next to the park. Lately they've had some delicious specials such as vegan pancakes with fresh fruit, coconut yoghurt and raspberry sauce and a vegan lasagne. These are in addition to their usual menu options which include a spicy scrambled tofu, tofu burger, quinoa salad and a classic vegan big brekkie. Some other items can be veganised, like the rosti which come with the tastiest little fried capers - who knew?

Lovely setting, good vegan menu

This cafe has a beautiful spot overlooking the park, with both outdoor and indoor seating, and a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere. Their vegan menu is good, with a variety of options and fair prices. The cafe is trendy enough for the inner-west, but without the pretensions and price tag of King St / Enmore Road. The scrambled tofu breakfast is nicely done, and I really like the quinoa and roast vegetable salad with raspberry dressing.

Pros: Vegan menu, Breakfast, lunch, and dessert options, Nice atmosphere and setting

Cons: Serves meat
