Awesome Vegan Burgers

Newly opened franchise in Incheon near Bupyeong station. Burger patties and buns are made from brown rice, and are 100% vegan and gluten free. Went with a group of friends and tried the sweet potato burger, salad burger, mushroom burger, side salad, and potato chips (they even left the salt off for us). Everything was delicious. The only non-vegan ingredient they have is mayonnaise, which they are happy to leave off on request. They said in the future they are planning on making their own soy mayonnaise, which will make the restaurant 100% vegan. The owner was nice and very friendly. I definitely plan on going back often. This is part of a new franchise, with another restaurant in Seoul and one in Wonju. Hopefully we'll see more popping up in the near future.
