Yummy

The food is so good here! Plus the staff are very friendly. The only downside is food can be a little oily but that’s a given considering the type of cuisine. I’ll come back time and time again😄

Friendly service and a good variety of options. The food is tasty and well priced. Would love some more healthy and low/no oil dishes.

Delicious and cheap feed, but please cut down on plastic!

I love eating at Divine Realm whenever I get the chance, as it's delicious, friendly and offers great, simple lunch time options. The only thing stopping me from giving the ***** treatment is the unnecessary amount of single use plastic waste! Your offerings of plant based alternatives are wonderful, but please continue to lead by example and find a more environmental alternative to the plastic plates and cutlery.

I will happily continue to eat here :)

Pros: Amazing food, Friendly staff, Plenty of options

Cons: So many one-use plastics!

Food is fine but the food court is dark and dingy

I ordered the Char Kway Teow for $10 to eat there. A can of soft drink was an extra $2. When eating in, a bell rings to signal your food is ready. The portion size was reasonable and filling. The people working at the shop were really nice. However, the food court looked like a warzone. The lights were off and it was dark. The seats were sticky.

Pros: Good value food, Nice and polite staff

Cons: Dingy, dirty and dark food court

Great cheap lunch spot

My favourite lunch place. Unfortunately they are the only food stall left in this mall. But cheap ready made dishes as well as made to order dishes. Their laksa is second to none in the CBD. Ready made dishes can be a bit hit and miss but for this price they are still totally fine.

Pros: Completely vegan, Cheap , Tasty

Cons: Ambience, Plastic cutlery and plates

Cheap and filling fast food

I got a curry with noodles and a small container of kimchi for 10$. The noodles were good but the curry was bland. Finding vegan kimchi is always a treat. Good if you want quick cheap filling food but have low expectations.

Cheap and tasty vegan food

Located in small foodcourt. Seating available. I spent $8 on rice and 3 dishes plus $1.50 on a soya drumstick.

Drumstick was nice but barely warm.

My main meal was tasty however just warm, i didn't ask for them to heat it which is my own fault. Good amouny of food for $9.50, I'm a big eater and i was satisfied. Will return.

Pros: Whole menu is vegan

Cons: Food wasn't hot

Seriously good value

Dropped in here for a quick late lunch and what a good choice it was ! A choice of rice (white, brown, special fried) and three items from the bain marie - I chose roast potatoes, pumpkin and mock duck. The result was a huge heaped plate and all for $8. Bargain ! And it was very tasty and fresh. Highly recommended for a filling lunch.

Pros: Very cheap, Freshly cooked, Delicious

Generous tasty servings

Divine Realm really is a veggie delight. It's cheap, but with generous servings. Mock meats feature heavily and not particularly healthy, but it is tasty (and you can chose to not have any mock meats in your choices). Buffet style meals - chose from noodles or fried rice (or steamed rice) and one, two or three options. Or you can request food to order from the menu of the day (on display). Seating within the food court, and take away is available also.

bland food 😔

Wasn’t a fan, the woman gave me almost entirely cabbage with my curry, and while the curry was somewhat spicy it didn’t really have any other flavour. Wouldn’t recommend.

Satisfied

The food tasted good, but it was a bit oily. Told the same to the staff member who asked me how the food was when I was finished. He told me they would work on that. For this price really no complaints.

Pros: Nice staff members, Price/quality, Portion size

Cons: Food bit oily

Cheap and delicious

Cheap and cheerful Chinese smorgasbord style food, most is vegan and has options with and without mock meat. Very tasty, probably not the healthiest but a very good quick lunch option in the city.

Pros: Cheap, tasty, mostly vegan

Cons: A bit oily

Fantastic!

One of my favourite places to eat in Melbourne! Bain-marie or made to order food available. Servings are quite large and very reasonably priced. Fresh chilli available but be aware that it's very spicy (but delicious)! Only open weekdays.

Cheap!

This is near my work and I usually come here once a week to have brown rice and 2 veggie dishes. It is great to have the brown rice option. I usually get the tofu curry and there is a veggie mix to take away. I've had the dried bean curd too and they are addictive! The people are always lovely too.

Pros: cheap, tasty, lots of options

Simply fabulous food - don't miss out.

I discovered this absolute gem, hidden away in a CBD foodcourt about 6 months ago and I have been an almost daily visitor for lunch ever since. The food is fresh and fabulously tasty, my favourites are the pumpkin in special sauce, the curry with tofu and the mock duck. Though I have loved everything I tried, even the 'bitter melon'. There are always a range of options including plenty of greens and brown rice too if you don' fancy fired rice or noodles. The staff/management are friendly and the value for money is excellent, a large (3 dishes and rice/noodles) with a drink comes in at $9. An absolute bargain and very filling. When I became Vegan I was not fussed by mock meats but this place would fool my meat eating friends no problem. I could not recommend it more highly.

Pros: fabulously tasty, value for money, express service

Cons: no tip jar

Good food, low prices

It's great to have such a place in Melbourne CBD. Food is good and delicious at rather low prices. I always try to make a stop in the city either to eat there or do a take-away. My non-veg colleagues like it too.

Pros: Variety, Large serving size

Cons: Oily at times.

tasty convenience

It's rare that I'm up this end of town but have stopped in here a couple of times and have always been surprised by the freshness and quality of the food, given that it's sitting waiting for you in the bain-marie.

It's cheap! $5.50 for one dish with steamed brown rice, fried rice, or fried noodles, $6.50 for two dishes, $7.50 for three. When I've been there, the offerings have always been two dishes heavy on fake meat, and two lighter vegetable based dishes. There's also a menu of about ten dishes cooked to order for $9 - Malaysian and Singaporean faves such as char kuey teow and Singapore noodles - but I'm yet to try any of those. A notorious Scrooge, and failing health nut, I go for brown rice and the two healthier looking dishes and have always walked away satisfied.

I don't mind the food court vibe at all. With a bit of imagination, sitting at communal tables with students and CBD workers takes me back to visits to KL. The only thing that really irks me is that whether you eat in or take-away your food gets dished onto or into disposable plastic plates or containers. However, the staff are relaxed and super friendly so I reckon if you brought your own container and asked them to fill it up, they'd be happy to oblige. I'm gonna give this a go next time.

Overall, based on price, quality, and friendly interactions with staff and fellow food court diners, I feel good about eating at Devine Realm and probably will again.

Pros: CHEAP! , friendly, brown rice + other healthier options

Cons: disposable plastic everything
