Worth all the praise - Edit
Hands down the best place in Pristina for delicious vegan food. The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly and attentive and there's a kitty 😺 We went twice and if we had been in Pristina longer we would have gone even more. We tried different dishes and everything was amazing. Definitely order the vegan burek, carrot dip and cabbage salad with ginger dressing. Nothing more to say, think no more and go there now! ❤️

What a delight to finally find this place! - Edit
Every time I’ve been to Prishtina before, my navigationally challenged self could never find this place and I would just wander around forlorn looking at google maps. Someone finally showed me today! It’s down the outside stairs and there it is. And what a great place it is!!! 🤩
Read moreI love how the menu specifies between veg and vegan. I got the vegan Buddha bowl and the scrumptious vegan dessert and it was all magnificent and I am so delighted about the experience.
Dece bathroom!
I’m not used to waitstaff being particularly friendly in the region, so I was pleasantly surprised how patient and nice our server was even though we were three chaotic foreigners from three different countries. I speak Albanian, but under the circumstances I felt I would have caused more confusion by busting that out, so we all used English. Big props to the staff for holding it down!
Pros: Glorious food, Lovely staff

We went to Babaghanoush twice, a bit more than two weeks ago.
Read moreWe enjoyed the mezze and the flavours of the dishes like the bean salad (with a citrusy tang, truly delicious).
The people were kind and helpful, and one evening we heard someone playing the piano inside, which was lovely.

So many tasty vegan options! - Edit
I loved this place - the staff were super friendly, the courtyard it's located in is very pretty, and the food was delicious - I had the sigara borek plate and falafels on the side and I was very full once I finished eating! The menu clearly states what's vegan/optionally vegan, which most dishes are. Would love to return.

If I had to only eat at only one restaurant for the rest of my life… - Edit
…Babaghanoush would be in the running. The falafel and lentil patty were up there with the best I’ve ever had. The bread was excellent, and the humus and other spreads as good as I could ever imagine. Don’t miss this place when traveling through town. Everything is either vegan or could be made vegan.

Incredible food! - Edit
The food here was so fresh and so delicious! I tried one of the bowls and shared a babaghanoush starter. Everything was incredible. I would have eaten here again had I had more time in Pristina. It was not terribly difficult to find the place and there is both inside and outside seating available. The staff was kind and you can see the kitchen area, which was fun to watch.

Excellent food - Edit
This is the perfect spot for a hungry but health conscious vegan traveller. Tucked away down a side street this place was quiet yet lively with a great selection of Balkan dishes on the menu. The staff were lovely and the food was carefully prepared and very very good. If I lived in Pristina this is probably somewhere I’d visit often… recommended

Incredible Babaghanoush - Edit
Highly recommend this fully vegan place. Authentic little place tucked from the main boulevard. Really friendly staff who explained dishes too us. We ate loads of food for 17E, highlights were the beautiful Borek, the incredible babaghanoush and the delicious bread.

Loved this place, especially how healthy and tasty the food is. Even though the removed the Mezza Plate from their menu they made one special for me and my friends so we could share our food. The cake was also a very light and tasty treat! Would come back again.

Definitely the best restaurant in Pristina - Edit
There’s quite an impressive amount of restaurants in Pristina, but Babaghanoush really is outstanding. Food was delicious and I cannot even name all the different flavours and spices that my ‘Venus Bowl’ had in it. It was served in a beautiful pottery dish, plus the location is very cozy so it all added up to a unique aesthetic experience. Staff was super friendly, and there were even people spontaneously playing piano!
