Opened Jan 2013, this coffee and food place is good for travelers staying near the main Tokyo airport in Narita. Lunch menu from 11.30-3pm is entirely vegan; breakfast offerings from 7-10am are limited but is also vegan friendly; has soy milk. No dinner. English menu and staff understand various dietary requirements. Bright, fresh atmosphere. Directions: A 20-minute walk from the central train stations, exit and walk past Mercure Hotel, and follow the road past a petrol station, then take the road that splits right and goes down and under the railway track, follow this road keeping the Keisei railway line on your left and after 10 minutes you'll come to a large intersection, and Easy Life is next to the 7-11 store.
