Recently I went for a visit to Tulsa and I have to say that not the best city ever. I think if I hadn't had to go there then I would have skipped the trip. It was pretty hard to find anything to eat except for your standard Mexican, Italian, places. but I didn't starve at least. It felt like small city trying to be a big city. There was not anything out of the ordinary to do besides the bowling and bar scene.

They do however have the world's largest praying hands at Oral Roberts University which is something. If perhaps you dig a little deeper into the city you might be able to find some more hidden spots around town...unfortunately I didn't have the time for that.
