I cook quinoa in water (as normal), but use about either half a lime or a whole lime, juiced, depending on how much juice that lime has.

I just juiced a pineapple today; don't think I could ever not drink pineapple juice in favor of quinoa.

Try the lime and let me know if you dig it.
