I'd LOVE to see a Top Chef episode using all VEGAN ingredients. If only to prove that vegan cooking is so far beyond salads and steamed veggies. And have vegan chefs as the judges, none of those carnivores saying "I guess it's ok for a recipe without meat"

That would be a great episode for Top Chef but I don't see them bringing in Isa Moskowitz or anyone (although that would be great).

I also heard that the Food Network may pick up Yvonne Smith's show "The Travelling Vegetarian." Yvonne is a devoted vegan so don't let the show's name fool you!
