The word "REAL" has almost become an antiquated notion as we continue pushing forward into a culture of bloated, insatiable mass consumption.
As it turns out, we kinda dig fake stuff.
This fact comes in handy to scientists who are now singing the praises of mega fly swatter like objects called "synthetic trees."
They claim that forests of these eyesores will be the answer to all of our excess atmospheric carbon dioxide woes, but it's hard to imagine the general population ever snubbing the real thing.
