However, he is definitely not a vegetarian now: I saw an interview with him yesterday (10/13/21) where he attributed his good health to eating lots of vegetables, with some chicken and fish.

Well this is entirely circumstantial, but I did see him last night at my favorite vegan Chinese restaurant. :-)

I think that was a rumor. I highly doubt he ever was .
