Lindsay Wagner is actually Vegan and has been for many, many years. The cookbook, The High Road to Health, which I own, is Vegan, as far as I can tell. There are no recipes that contain dairy or eggs. Lindsay spoke about her Veganism years ago in Vegetarian Times.

Wagner co-wrote a vegetarian cookbook called *High Road to Health: A Vegetarian Cookbook.* I haven't gone through it yet, but I'm looking for new recipes to entice my spouse to turn away from the dark side of meat eating.
