Although you will be hard pressed to find a vegetarian restaurant, or a place overly vegan friendly, many places in town have vegetarian soup such as vegan minestrone, salad, and pasta. Some places like China Garden, have a "V" next to options that are vegetarian, as well as English descriptions of menu items. - Brienne, June 2006.
