All the vegan restaurants are in ultra hip locations usually along side high fashion shopping areas. Finding anything in Tokyo is really difficult! No one knows where anything is and streets are numbered by when the building was erected! You'll find electric poles with street numbers on them and you start playing "Hot Cold" trying to zero in on your address. Don't miss out on MacroBiotic places they are all vegan friendly! M Cafe (popular in LA) is on top of Isatan Department Store in Shinjuku! J's Kitchen is a personal Fav of mine. Hop right on the subways and figure it out the second you touch down!
