Travel Notes: Israel is one of the easiest places in the world to find vegetarian food (aside from India maybe) because of the separation between dairy from meat restaurants. Any Kosher restaurant has to choose whether it wants to serve meat or dairy products. Just choose a dairy restaurant and there will be no meat on the menu (possibly fish only). Of course, this does not help Vegans much, but it is important for vegetarians to know they will have no problems here.
